In a recent development at Mold Crown Court, three individuals have
formally pleaded not guilty to the charge of murdering a man in Colwyn Bay.
The accused, identified as David Webster, aged 42 and hailing from
Cheshire, Thomas Whitely, aged 33 from Colwyn Bay, and Lauren Harris, aged 29
with no fixed address, stand accused of the killing of David Wilcox, aged 65,
in November of last year.
During the court proceedings, all three defendants appeared via video
link from custody, where they are currently remanded.
The upcoming trial, scheduled to commence on June 10th, is projected to
span a duration of up to four weeks. This case has garnered significant
