15-year-old girl has died after succumbing to injuries sustained in a multi-car
collision on South Australia's Riddoch Highway. This tragic accident also took
the life of her 5-year-old brother, Isaac. The crash, which took place on

family was traveling in a Toyota station wagon along the Riddoch Highway near
the town of Nangwarry when a black Holden sedan collided with an emu on the
road. This unexpected incident led to the Toyota braking abruptly, causing a
white Nissan ute to crash into its rear.

services responded swiftly, attending to the Eykelenburg family at the scene.
Despite their efforts, young Isaac was pronounced dead on-site. His sister,
critically injured, was airlifted to an Adelaide hospital but tragically passed
away due to her injuries. Their parents and two other siblings also sustained
